As you start building out your site and adding more and more pages, it can get pretty annoying trying to view your whole sitemap and finding the page you want to go to. That's where these helpful tips come in!

Site map too wide? Scroll Horizontally!

If you have a trackpad, it's easy to swipe horizontally with both fingers to view the edges of your site map. If you have a mouse, just hold down the shift key while scrolling to move left and right instead of up and down.

Want to change your view?

Toggle between site map and list view at the top of the screen, and use the slider to zoom in and out of the tiles in site map view.

Want to open multiple pages at once?

Switch to list view and select all the pages you'd like to open at once by holding down shift while you're selecting. Then over on the right click "Open Pages"

Want to delete a page?

Select the page(s) you'd like to delete and either hit delete on your keyboard or click on the trashcan icon in the upper right hand corner.

Have a lot of pages but need to navigate to a section quickly?

If you're trying to sort through your pages and only see all pages associated with a certain section, you can easily sort using the Search function at the top of the screen. For example, if I have a large site but I only want to see my Blog posts, I can type in Blog in the search bar and my search results brings together all the pages that have the word blog in their url.

The searched word will be highlighted in the page slug to help you identify if the blog post you're looking for lives under the Blog page (if it does, blog would be the first word), or if it lives somewhere else on the site and just happens to have the word blog in the url.
