Options for getting help or reporting issues with the TIME Sites platform.

If you have a question or need help at any time while using TIME Sites, there are a variety of options available to you: live chat support, knowledge base documentation, and our tutorials site.

Live Chat Support

During working hours, you can get fast, interactive support from TIME Sites design and technical consultants by selecting "Live Support Chat" from the "Help" menu, or by clicking the button at the bottom right of the screen:

Selecting this will open a messaging interface where you can type your request directly to TIME Sites support staff. 

Our support staff are available from Monday - Friday, 6am PST - 5pm PST. While you're waiting for them to respond, our automated chat service may suggest some articles to you that it thinks might answer your questions.

Feel free to use this when you need technical assistance, have a question regarding how to use the product, or just want to leave us a comment!

Knowledge Base Documentation

If you'd rather look for an answer to your question on your own, you can search our knowledge base documentation (if you're reading this, you've probably already found it!) You can get there by clicking the button at the bottom right of the screen:
