This release includes some performance improvements and a handful of bug fixes:

Page Editor Performance

We made some performance optimizations to the code that generates the CSS styles of the contents of a page in the design studio and content studio page editors. This makes initial page load quicker and improves the responsiveness of the editors. At the same time, we removed the “Display Performance” feature, which disabled rendering of images and videos in the page editor in an attempt to improve performance, but was unused and will become increasingly superfluous as we improve overall page editor performance.

Stroke Panel

We improved the UX of the individual border side (top/left/bottom/right) buttons in the stroke panel. Previously, when all sides were enabled, you would have to disable the border on all sides before you could use the individual border side buttons again. With this release, if all sides are enabled, you can still use the individual border side buttons to enable only the sides you select.

Filter and Transform Panels

We fixed an issue with the filter and transform panel sliders where adjusting a slider would temporarily stop rendering the current value of all other filters / transforms (respectively) while that value was being adjusted. then start rendering them all again when you stop adjusting the slider. This release makes it so that all applied filters and transforms are rendered at all times.

Media Library

When you upload new files in the media library, the in-progress uploads are now immediately marked as the most recently created and modified pieces of content. This means that they will show up at the top of the grid of media library items while they upload when the media library is sorted by most recently modified (the default sort) or most recently created.
