This release includes a handful of bug fixes and improvements to our app:

Media Library File Uploads

You can now upload MP3 files into the media library, which you can then link to from any page element or text on your page, or copy its URL from the media library to use in a custom embed element. Learn how to embed audio clips on your website here.

Drag & Drop

We improved the UX when dragging-and-dropping a new component from the left toolbar while in text editing mode. Previously, if you ​dragged a new element onto the page while still actively editing the text of another element, the text editor stayed active. This hides the drop-zones on the page while dragging, and hides the element you just added after dropping it on the page. With this release, when you initiate a drag and drop, we immediately take you out of text editing mode so that the app behaves as you would expect it to.

Onboarding Tutorials

We restored “help video” buttons and prompts for our tutorial videos in context in the app UI when appropriate, e.g. in the toolbar of the Image or Interactions panel, or when dragging an image gallery onto the page for the first time.

Keyboard Shortcut Improvements

We fixed a bug where keyboard shortcuts such as undo/redo wouldn’t work directly after dragging a slider input, and we fixed an esoteric bug where hitting ⌘← or ⌘→ (ctrl ← or ctrl → on windows) would cause an error.

Deleting A Published Website

We fixed a bug that can occur while deleting a published website where after the user clicks to unpublish the website, the delete button becomes active around a second before it should and clicking it at that time would result in the deletion not working. This is now resolved.
