If you've built out content on one site, but then realized it should live on a different site or a different page, follow these steps to quickly transfer the content.

  • Open both pages as separate tabs in the studio.

  • Select the element(s) you want to copy. If you want to select the whole page, click anywhere on it, and press Command A (on a mac) or Control A (on a pc) to select all.

Then you can either use hot keys:

  • Press Command or Control C to copy the content you've selected

  • Open the new page you want to paste the content in

  • Press Command or Control V to paste the content you've selected

Or drag the content into the new page:

  • Click and drag to make a duplicate. You'll see the cursor change to indicate the number of elements you are duplicating.

  • Keep holding this while you drag your cursor up to the top tabs, and hover over the page you want to duplicate the element to.

  • After a few seconds, the studio will switch to the page you're hovering over. You can then drop the duplicated element wherever you want. DO NOT LET GO off your mouse until you see the new page light up in blue showing where the content will go.
